About The Author
| Will Taylor works at Jennings Environmental Education Center.
He has been teaching about coal mining and abandoned mine drainage for
ten years. After years of one on one explanations, Will decided to
put his knowledge into print. The hope is that by putting years of
research into printed form many more can learn. The history of coal
mining in Pennsylvania is fascinating. The effects of almost a century
of mining are just as interesting. However, the most important message
is that there is a lot being done now to restore the environment.
This labor of love by Will Taylor will surely be used by many to learn
and understand about abandoned mine drainage. |
