    Since the first Coalition meeting in December 1994, meeting minutes have been sent to interested individuals. These mintues have progressed to what is now the monthly newsletter of the Slippery Rock Watershed Coalition, The Catalyst. For the last eight years, participants have used the Catalyst to inform interested individuals about current events within the watershed. Over this period the newsletter has grown significantly from its original distribution of about a dozen to well over 900 copies monthly spanning five continents.
